In the online booking system on our homepage you can choose from several price modules, please select the one that suits you best. 

You are also welcome to contact our hotel team via email    [email protected]     at any time to reserve your desired date;
All roomtype prices are calculated per roomtype / per room per night in 2 person occupancy (for Triple and Deluxe Triple in 3 person occupancy)
and include the booked services.
Please note that the local tax of EURO  3,50 per person / per night  (adults over 15 years) is not included and has to be paid directly at the hotel.

We put the mainpart on your time to relax and welcome our juniors from 3 years on.

RETREAT , ELEMENTS and EMOTION offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined.

Pets Dogs: Your four-legged darling is very welcome, please inform the hotel team when making your reservation and request ; the hotel-habituated dogs should be kept on a leash in the hotel area and have no access to the fitness - and healthclub areas and the sanarium.
We charge per day per dog without food s - m size: EURO 16.- to  20.- | L - size : EURO 24.-

In case of no-show, unused room, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

General Reservation Terms Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation free of charge up to 90 days ( 00. 00 h ) before date of arrival / prior to arrival date

- 90 days to 31 days before date of arrival: 40 % of the total reservation amount
- from 30 days before arrival date until 7  days before arrival date: 70 % of the total reservation amount
- from 7  days before / prior to arrival date : 90 % of the total amount of the reservation
- on the day of arrival or NO - show: 100 % of the total reservation amount

NO DEPOSIT for some  bookings concerning  the  < non high >  seasons  2024 / 2025  . Guarantee by your valid credit card
 obligatory .
We are pleased to inform you that the final settlement will be made at check-out and that we accept the following methods of payment at our hotel: Cash payment, Maestro card/Bancomat, MasterCard, VISA Card .

Separate reservation conditions apply. We kindly ask for a deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount at the time of booking; you can choose to transfer the deposit to the Hotel Vergeiner bank account
or by credit card. By doing so, you accept our hotel contract conditions and your booking is fixed.

For prepaid non refundable rates / rates that cannot be cancelled free of charge, the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation, change or no-show.
The total amount will be debited as a prepayment from the deposited payment method at any time after the booking has been completed.
Note: The cancellation policy supersedes the right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
